Planned dates and venues remain subject to final permits, approvals and written confirmation. Municipal partners may commission one format, a seasonal series or a new event designed for their community.
Annual community value
Recurring community moments build resident awareness, vendor relationships, sponsor recognition and the habit of returning.
Different events create different reasons to gather and allow programming, outreach and partnerships to adapt by audience and season.
Cross-event reporting shows which formats, messages, partners, vendors and operating choices performed best.
Measured across multiple formats
HSE uses event-specific measurement to understand whether people came, how long they stayed and how the public space performed.

What municipalities receive
The public sees the festival. Municipal staff receive a defined production system, clear responsibilities and one accountable lead.
Translate the civic goal, venue, date, scale and resources into a viable event concept before public commitments are made.
Coordinate performers, instructors, food vendors, artisans, attractions and community organizations.
Develop paid and organic promotion, media outreach, community partnerships and bilingual messaging where appropriate.
Coordinate production scheduling, staffing, power, sanitation, load-in, public operations and municipal touchpoints.
Structure sponsor, tourism, nonprofit and business participation around the approved event goals.
Document delivery, explain the methodology behind available results and recommend improvements for the next event.
Lower municipal staff burden
Rather than asking staff to coordinate separate promoters, performers, vendors, marketers, sponsors and production crews, HSE provides one working plan, one operating calendar and one production lead.
1
Goal, audience, site, timing and constraints.
2
Concept, budget, footprint and responsibility plan.
3
Funding, approvals, talent, vendors and operating needs.
4
Promotion, load-in, event operations and coordination.
5
Closeout, available results, lessons and next-year plan.

Thousands of modeled visitors did more than pass through the plaza. They chose to gather, participate and spend meaningful time together in the heart of downtown.
Modeled home-area profile: 41% age 25–44 · approximately 37% Hispanic/Latino · approximately 62% of households at $50,000+. These are modeled Census characteristics, not individual identities or an attendee survey.

Partnerships that extend public value
HSE builds partner opportunities around the live community experience, approved content, measurable response paths and documented delivery.
Programming, talent, vendors, site operations and guest experience.
Agreed event-page visibility, signage, activation space and live recognition.
Sponsor-approved social and short-form video deliverables.
Tracked QR activity, permission-based actions and documented delivery.
Sponsor mini-case
Corwin Buick GMC’s $2,500 first-year community sponsorship helped HSE preserve free public access across two Dancing on the River event nights. The sponsorship supported access, reach and community goodwill; it was not the sole event funding source.

Built for the host community
The relationship should match the community’s goals, public spaces, local traditions, calendar and resources.
01
Adapt an established HSE event concept to the venue, community and municipal goals.
02
Build several connected events using shared production systems, vendors, audiences and reporting.
03
Create a new local tradition based on the community’s identity, calendar and desired outcomes.

About High Sierra Entertainment
High Sierra Entertainment is a family-owned event production company creating free, family-centered public experiences.
Each event is shaped around the host community’s goals, venue, audience, local traditions and operating requirements—not dropped in as a one-size-fits-all touring package.
Founder Andres Torres remains involved from concept through event execution and closeout, coordinating the partners required to deliver the approved scope.
Municipal FAQ
HSE can serve as the lead producer for concept development, budgeting, programming, vendor and talent coordination, marketing, production staffing, site operations and post-event closeout. The final scope is documented for each event.
The municipality or host generally provides the civic objective, an authorized point of contact, venue authority, required city approvals or services, and the agreed cash or in-kind support. Responsibilities vary by jurisdiction and are assigned in writing.
Free admission removes the attendee ticket barrier; it does not remove production costs. Funding may combine municipal support, sponsorships, grants, vendor participation and event revenue. The approved funding plan is established before public launch.
Begin before publicly announcing the event date. Venue availability, agency review, funding, public-safety requirements, talent, vendors and marketing lead time can materially affect what is possible.
Measurement is selected during planning and may include modeled visitation, registrations, manual counts, dwell, ZIP-code information, surveys, vendor participation, partner activity and documented campaign results. HSE reports each source separately.
HSE is based in Northern Nevada and evaluates opportunities with cities, towns, downtown districts, tourism organizations and community partners throughout the region.

Whether the objective is downtown activation, cultural programming, tourism, family engagement, local-vendor opportunity or a new signature tradition, HSE can build the concept, operating plan, promotion strategy, partner structure and measurement framework around it.
